My inspiration comes from those who guided me toward success and happiness. I worked
mostly in stone and other media, I have recently switched to Lucite, Acrylic. My sculptures
represent expressions of my feelings and sufferings through the years of war, but I'd like to
scrape the horrors and remember only the beautiful happenings, of survival. I try to put a lot
of warmth and coziness into the cold stone. I am succeeding.

I'm a member of The Conseil de la Sculpture du Quebec. The International Sculpture Center
in Washington D.C., and the Association of Jewish Artists.

Just as a Phoenix had risen from the ashes, we the Holocaust survivors have risen from the
horrors of it. This sculpture was created, when another horrible event, the ice storm of 1998
in Montreal; Venus de Montreal rose from the ice storm.

I wanted to prove, that Hitler could not kill us all and our ambitions. It made us more
determined to achieve the utmost. From horror to the beauty of survival. There is a
videotape, which contains all of my work and its been added to the libraries of "The
Holocaust Museum" in Washington D.C. and to "Yad Vashem" in Israel, as well as "The
Montreal Holocaust Museum."
